Nedria Tai’Shaye Lance was born December 5, 1990. In MYRTLE BEACH, SC. Nedria who goes by the stage name Dria, grew up on WASHINGTON st. One of the well known streets in Myrtle Beach. Dria has always been musically talented from a very young age. Starting off in a Pentecostal church, where her mother was a minister, she was one of those kids who participated on the choir, praise team, dance teams and step teams. Even in school Dria was a member of the well known Gospel choir for Myrtle Beach High School directed by Edwin Golson. Dria has always been a product of music. Music is her therapy, and has gained more value in life since her moms death April of 2019. Some artists of Dria’s inspirations, have been the beautiful vocalist Brandy, Toni Braxton, Whitney Houston and many more.

Giving Dria the comfortability of knowing she can do anything. Learning how to strengthen her vocals and more Kierra Sheard has been her idol for years. Drias style of music is moreso R&B. Very sensual, very romantic, very soothing. Nedria is a very versatile and diverse independent artist. Now being focused and hungry to make it to the top Nedria is comitting more time than ever to keep her spotlight on. Signing with Richnation Label / Sony Music with a phenomenal team, and working with Music Mogul MIKE BOSS, she is giving this her all. Under the management of MSG MANAGEMENT, Dria just released her hot new single “SPECIAL TO ME” featuring one of the world’s most talented than and now icon Neyo, which was released June 18, 2021. This young songwriter and singer has such great talent and slowly rising to the top. Working with Chris Brown, H.E.R and many more is what she is working on now.
